We all know the old "what came first the chicken or the egg" debate, right? Well there's no way in hell I'm getting into that.
BUT there are some everyday questions that I am calling on all of you out there to help me answer.
Here are just a few:
- Can soap ever get dirty?
- WTF happens to socks while they are in the washer/drier?! They all appear to go in together but of course there is always at least one pair that doesn't match up
- How is it possible that sometimes when you are calling someone back, you pick up the phone to dial and they are already on the line?
- How do French people know the difference between the "I like you" je t'aime, and the "I love you" je t'aime? You can imagine the kinds of problems that could create for people.
- Why do hot dogs come in packages of 10 while the hot dog buns only come in packages of 8?
- Where did money come from and how did people decide values/currency? If you think about it, it's a piece of paper that someone somewhere attached value to- and it just about happens to control everyone's lives.
And while you ponder over some of these things, I also recommend you check out these bands that are kicking off my patio playlist: Passafire, The Head and the Heart, Zach Gill, and The Rakes
